Stacy Bejarano Gives Back

Stacy Bejarano has created a legacy-both with her work in real estate as an agent, broker developer, and with her gift of philanthropy. From her real estate company Prestige 1 Realty to her nonprofit, United By The Power Of Giving, she has established international connections and created her own path. As she looks towards the future of future developments, it’s important to review how this path came about, and learn more about the woman behind it all.

Growing Up

Stacy was born in Los Angeles, California to a family who knew the power of giving back. As Colombian immigrants, they worked hard to give back to their community and showed Stacy just how important it was to pay it forward, taking her to some of the most vulnerable neighborhoods in Cali, Colombia. It was at this tender age she knew that she wanted to live a life of giving back wherever she could.

Cultivating a Growing Business

Stacy and her sister, Angie Daza, began building their boutique real estate firm to service the Florida area and create a unique experience that offered choice and flexibility when it came to real estate. Adding their personalized touch to the business, the two have created a team of amazing people to bring their vision to life and grow the company into wider markets.

A Larger Reach

As Stacy continued to build Prestige 1 Realty into a modern firm with sophisticated design, their silent list and audience grew larger and larger. Through comprehensive sales and marketing solutions, the business has grown into an international audience where developers, owners, renters, and businesses can build, buy, sell or lease real estate in Miami and in Indiana. In Indiana, Stacy’s main business is developing properties and selling to international investors.

Stacy has strong ties to her family home of Colombia, where she recently held a conference on investing in America, teaching step-by-step how to invest in the financial market, she is considered and has won top agent award for the past two years in her company. Stacy also gained international investors from trips studying abroad in Madrid, Spain.

Giving Back

With the amazing success Stacy has had in business operating in both Florida and Indiana, she wanted to give back by starting her nonprofit, United By The Power Of Giving. Her foundation helps the reintegration of young adolescents and adults who have gone through or are struggling through addictions, drugs, and alcohol, among other issues. Stacy started the foundation along with her sister after the struggles of addiction closely touched the family.

Stacy’s mission is to help young people with rehabilitation through therapy so they can rejoin society after facing their addictions. With a center and online services, the foundation has touched numerous lives, and continues to carry out charitable activities, like their Thanksgiving drives, and yoga events to raise money for children to return to school.

Healing and Centering

In her free time, Stacy is a yoga and reiki fanatic, practicing whenever she can. IN fact, she’s a certified yoga and reiki instructor, and often performs ceremonies for friends and family as part of her practice.

With Stacy’s incredible international connections and her deep roots in Florida and Indiana,
